1. वजन घटाने और बढ़ाने में मददगार

एलोवेरा पहुंचाए फायदा

आंवला
आंखों के साथ आंवला बालों के लिए भी फायदेमंद है. आंवला में विटामिन सी का भंडार है. इसका सेवन बालों के साथ ही आंखों की रोशनी में भी फायदा पहुंचाता है. सिर में प्रयोग करने के लिए आंवला पाउडर और नींबू के रस को बराबर भागों में मिला लें. अब इस मिश्रण को बालों पर लगाना शुरू करें. इसके बाद अपने सिर को गुनगुने पानी से धोकर सूखने दें.
नींबू का रस
दो चम्मच नींबू के रस को थोड़े गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाकर बालों में तेल की तरह मालिश कर लें. इसे लगाना के बाद 30 मिनट तक सिर को सूखने दें. इसके बाद गुनगुने पानी और शैंपू से अपने बालों को धो लें. आप इसका प्रयोग सप्ताह में दो बार कर सकते हैं.
प्याज
प्याज का रस सिर को साफ रखने में आपकी मदद करती है. दो प्याज को लेकर इसे छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें. अब इसका रस निचोड़ लें. इसे अपने सिर पर लगा लें. ऐसा 30 मिनट के लिए करें. इसके बाद बाद गुनगुने पानी और शैंपू से अपने बालों को धो लें. इसका प्रयोग करने पर आपको अपने बालों में जल्द बदलाव दिखाई देने लगेगा.
दही और अंडा
अंडे में प्रचुर मात्रा में प्रोटीन पाया जाता है. नियमित रूप से प्रोटीन की मात्रा मिलने से बाल मजबूत होते हैं. एक या दो अंडे लेकर इसके अंदर का पीला व सफेद हिस्सा निकाल लें. अब इसे दो बड़ी चम्मच दही में मिला लें. बालों में लगाकर इसे आधे घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें. इसके बाद इसे गुनगुने पानी और शैंपू से धुल दें. इससे बालों की जड़े मजबूत होंगी और आपके बाल भी लंबे होंगे.
संतरे का रस
संतरे का रस भी बालों को घना और लंबा बनाता है. बालों को लंबा करने के लिए यह एक अच्छा तरीका है. संतरे का रस और सेब का गूदा मिलाकर बालों में लगाने से आपके बाल लंबे और काले होते हैं. इस तरह का मिश्रण एक सप्ताह में दो बार आप अपने बालों में लगा सकते हैं.
मेहंदी
मेहंदी का प्रयोग बालों के लिए बहुत ही गुणकारी है. मेहंदी को लोहे की कढ़ाही में भिगोकर एक रात के लिए छोड़ दें. अब इसे अगले दिन अपने सिर में लगाकर सूखने तक छुएं न. पूरी तरह सूखने पर अपने बालों को गुनगुने पानी और शैंपू से धो लें. इस तरह बालों में मेंहदी लगाने से यदि आपका कोई बाल सफेद हैं तो वह अलग से दिखाई नहीं देगा और बालों की चमक भी बढ़ेगी.
जैतून का तेल
तेल मालिश सिर और बाल दोनों के लिए फायदेमंद होती है. जैतून के तेल को हल्का गुनगुना करके अपने बालों और सिर में 45 मिनट तक मालिश करें. हो सकें तो मालिश करने के बाद सिर को एक रात के लिए ऐसे ही रहने दें. अब अपने बालों को शैंपू से धुल लें. इससे आपके बाल स्वस्थ होंगे और इनमें चमक भी बढ़ेगी.
